Crystal Sound Baths
All matter is sound made manifest. We are living in a symphony of frequencies which ebb and flow, amplify and recede all around us every day. In fact, we are each a unique song of harmonic vibrations. Our underlying tone expresses our life force, individual nature, and soul essence. When our rhythmic vibrations are incoherent, all levels of our being (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) become out of balance. This can bring tension, illness and difficulty handling stress. Scientific studies have found that sound and music affect our brain waves, physiological responses and metabolism, as well as help to create profound cellular change.
Sound Baths create an immersive sound healing experience in which to relax and receive vibrational resonance from an intuitively created orchestra (toning, singing bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, bells and rattles). This allows us to replenish our life force, learn ways of reconnecting with our innate healing, and re-tune our body’s natural frequencies.
Crystal Sound Baths specifically utilize instruments made from quartz crystals, such as crystal singing bowls and crystal singing pyramids to bring listeners into a deep meditative state and facilitate a unique healing space. The quartz crystal has unique properties that help amplify the harmonic resonance of the instruments and allow the vibrational frequencies to be more bio-available to the body. During these events, we pause and feel into our deepest inner rhythms, we return to balanced coherence with the natural world and the quintessential spirit that connects us all.

What are crystal singing bowls & pyramids?
Crystal singing bowls and pyramids are unique sound healing instruments created by heating quartz crystal to its melting point (up to 4,000 degrees F) and pouring the liquid crystal into a bowl-shaped or hollow pyramid-shaped mold. *Alchemy singing bowls are a variation of crystal singing bowls that are created using metals, other minerals, or a combination mixed with the quartz crystal (i.e. gold, iron, amethyst, turquoise, etc.)
Their shape affects the relative movement of their sound frequencies. Flat-bottomed singing bowls spread their sound horizontally out from the bowl, while round bottomed bowls create a sphere of sound circulating out from the center of the bowl. Singing pyramids, on the other hand, create more of an upward, spiral vortex.
Furthermore, they can be fashioned into various tones and resonances based on the size and material make-up of the bowl – larger sized instruments tend to have a deeper, lower octaves; while smaller instruments are lighter and higher pitched. Different tones and materials work to resonate with specific organs, systems, energy centers, and/or archetypal energy concepts.
