About Me
I was an Earth child from the very beginning – collecting stones, climbing trees, exploring streams, and running in the forest whenever the opportunity arose. As a teenager, I developed deep bonds with the animals in my life, feeling an innate communication with them. So when I began my study at The Ohio State University, it was only natural that my passions continued with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, the scientific study of life.
I learned about the cellular universe that makes up our physical bodies, the fluid balance of our ecosystems and evolution, as well as the fascinating concepts of modern quantum physics which has found that everything is made of energy. While the scientific approach provided a clear way to learn and understand the world, I felt that the new discoveries of quantum physics and energy was touching the surface of a profound exploration – the realm of Spirit.
Over the years, I continued my own self-study and eventually came across field of metaphysics. Metaphysics was the perfect merging of the physical and the spiritual, taking into account the innate connections that I had felt as a child and the scientific discoveries I learned as a young adult. When I had some health issues arise, modern medicine had little in the way of answers and limited in treatment options (surgery and a lifetime of medications). Fortunately, I had met many wonderful people who introduced me to the wonders of alternative healing modalities, such as massage, reflexology, reiki, sound therapy, and crystal therapy. These modalities helped me to connect further with my body and empowered me to take the lead in my own personal health and wellbeing.
Now, I am continuing my own personal journey of awareness and transformation and sharing what I have learned from biology, chemistry, psychology, physics, philosophy, metaphysics, and my own experiences.

My Philosophy
According to quantum mechanics, nothing exists in and of itself - Everything exists as part of a dynamic system in which each part reflects the whole, constantly interconnected and interdependent. By this concept, every part of our body knows exactly what every other part is doing and is responding accordingly. In addition, the individual body is connected to the wisdom of the totality as a whole, also known as Universal Consciousness (Spirit). Therefore, the body knows how to innately heal itself on all levels - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Innate wisdom is the balance of the logical right-brain and the intuitive left-brain and facilitates harmonic interconnection (synchronization) thru the heart to maintain clear communication throughout all levels of the body and with the enviroment. When an imbalance occurs, the innate wisdom requires links to be restored to specific areas in a sequence of priorities that is unique to each individual at any given moment. For example, to replace an outlet in your home you need to first shutdown the breaker, remove the old, and replace with the new. It would be dangerous to not turn off the breaker first and simply putting the new outlet directly over the old would be pointless. By following the innate guidance on the sequence of priorities, communication can be reestablished more efficiently and healing can be more effective.
True healing comes from being empowered to feel, know, trust, and act on one's own unique, innate wisdom. As a practitioner, I am simply the facilitator following the guidance of the client's innate wisdom. It is my purpose to aid the body in its own healing process and empower clients to become more aware of their connection to this inner wisdom so they can skillfully handle stressful situations and productively maintain their well being.
