Crystal Grid Balance - Distance Session
Crystal Gridding is a practice which utilizes a set of energetically linked crystals and sacred geometric designs, in conjunction with sound vibrations from crystalline instruments – singing bowls and singing pyramids. The grid creates an energetic, universally-aligned template of communication between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the self to facilitate a harmonic balance on all levels. Depending upon the intention set for the session, Crystal Gridding can be used to facilitate balance and healing on/between all levels of the self, to promote grounding, centering, mental clarity, emotional balancing, self-exploration and greater self-awareness, as well as to connect with spiritual guides, past lives, etc. As with all energy work, the practitioner is only a facilitator; the true healing comes from your own unique spirit and innate body-mind wisdom.
Distance sessions are done by placing the crystal grid around a photo of the client during an agreed upon day/time.

What is so special about quartz crystals?
Quartz is the second most abundant mineral found on the Earth's surface, and its unique properties make it one of the most useful natural substances available. For instance, quartz has been used to make "crystal oscillators". First developed in the 1920s, crystal oscillators are used for watches, clocks, radios, televisions, electronic games, computers, cell phones, electronic meters, and GPS equipment.
Crystal oscillators work because quartz is a piezoelectric material. When a mechanical stress is applied, the crystal accumulates and produces a slight electrical charge – and vice versa.
For example, in a wrist watch mechanical force is applied thru pressure on a small quartz crystal. The quartz crystal transforms the mechanical energy into an electrical charge which is used to power the mechanical gears within the watch which continue the cycle by applying pressure to the crystal. Quartz crystal was also found to be less affected by temperature shifts, therefore they were found to provide more accurate timekeeping than previously made watches using only metal mechanisms.
Quartz crystals also have the ability to vibrate at precise and stable frequencies. Their reliable precision is such that they have been used to make specialized lenses, windows, and filters used in lasers, microscopes, telescopes, electronic sensors, and scientific instruments including the world's most advanced electronic devices.
In the metaphysical world, quartz is known as the Perfect Jewel due to its six-sided prisms of pure light and energy which contains the entire color spectrum. Quartz crystals are the supreme gift of Mother Earth, imbued with the properties of a master healer teacher. They are able to structure, store, amplify, focus, transmit and transform energy - including matter, thought, emotion and information. Quartz heals, cleanses, balances and strengthens the body's energy centers (called chakras) resulting in physical, mental and emotional well-being as well as initiating and strengthening our innate intuitive abilities.
Ancients believed these stones to be alive and thought them to be incarnations of the Divine. Many cultures such as Native American Indians, African tribes, ancient Egyptians, Aztecs, Romans, Scots have used quartz crystal in diagnostic healing, meditations, and spiritual development.

For instance, when a crystal singing bowl/pyramid is played or a crystal grid is placed, the quartz generates an electrical and mechanical energy, holds a precise and stable frequency, as well as transmits a vast array of metaphysical healing properties.
